Terms and Conditions of Service

By booking, purchasing, or participating in any of our services, including language courses, coaching sessions, intercultural training, workshops, consultations, and educational programs, you agree to the following Terms of Sale.


1. Services


German Shiksha provides educational and consulting services, including but not limited to:

  • German language training

  • Industry-specific language support

  • Intercultural training

  • Career coaching

  • Relocation guidance

  • Individual consulting sessions

  • Corporate training programs


All services are delivered online unless otherwise stated.


2. Booking and Payment

Bookings are considered confirmed once payment has been received or a written agreement has been established.

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
 

Payments must be completed using the available payment methods before access to services is granted unless otherwise agreed.


3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule individual coaching sessions up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged in full.

Language courses, workshops, and group programs may have separate cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of registration.
 

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital educational services, completed coaching sessions, consultations, language classes, and downloaded materials are generally non-refundable.


Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


5. Participant Responsibility

Success in language learning, career development, and integration depends largely on the participant's personal commitment, effort, and engagement.


German Shiksha cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as:

  • Language certification results

  • Employment offers

  • Visa approvals

  • Residence permits

  • Educational admissions


6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, presentations, worksheets, videos, recordings, and resources provided by German Shiksha remain the intellectual property of German Shiksha unless otherwise stated.

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share materials without written permission.


7. Changes to Services

German Shiksha reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, instructors, or delivery formats when necessary.

Any significant changes will be communicated to participants as early as possible.


8. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Germany.
